Coverage
Coverage runs across the electronic Texas Ethics Commission record, roughly 2000 to present. Federal individual-contribution records for the 2024 and 2026 cycles are joined to place out-of-state-PAC money by the states its donors are in. Broader federal coverage is future work. The boundary is stated on every release.
Releases
A new release swaps in atomically, and the prior release stays available for audit and rollback. A profile is always served under one release, never a mixture.
Downloads
A public aggregate export is planned. Any broader download of underlying records is subject to review before it is offered.
Reproducing the figures
The methodology defines every figure by its source, numerator, denominator, and unresolved rule. Any number on this site can be rebuilt from the public records named above.
